What Azens is
Azens is an Occupational Operating System — hierarchical life domains for the roles you occupy, scored nudges for what to do next, and calendar-derived free time to fit it in. By creating an account, you're agreeing to these terms.
Beta status
Azens is currently in beta and free to use — see Pricing. Features may change, break, or be removed as the product develops, and we don't guarantee uptime. We'll announce pricing here well before anyone is ever charged. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- The information you give us (email, declared profile) should be accurate.
- One account per person.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — that includes attempting to bypass authentication or access controls, interfering with other users' data, or using Azens for anything illegal.
Connecting Google Calendar
Connecting your calendar authorizes Azens to read your events, read-only, so it can compute your free time. We never create, edit, or delete anything on your calendar. You can disconnect at any time in Settings; see our Privacy Policy for details on what's read and stored.
Not a substitute for professional advice
Azens is an expert in occupational planning, habit formation, and routine design — not in medicine, law, finance, or any other licensed field. It helps you structure routines around goals you've already defined; it doesn't replace the expertise of a doctor, therapist, coach, financial advisor, or other professional, and nothing in the app should be read as that kind of advice.
Ending your account
You can stop using Azens at any time. Account deletion isn't self-serve in the product yet — email founder@azencare.com and we'll close your account and delete your data by hand. We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse or violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself as Azens develops. We'll update the date on this page when that happens.
